So I haven't even updated since I got up here.  Classes are goin pretty well.  Not too bad so far.  I'm goin in the mornin to talk to the social worker @ ICS Headstart about my service learning project for Intro to Social Work.  I wish I hadn't said I would go in the mornin, cuz I'm gonna need to go kinda earlyish so I don't have to fight quite as much for a parking spot when I get back (although I'm sure I'll have to fight plenty) but oh well.  Anyway, I guess that's about it... life's pretty much goin about like normal... class, hangin out in the lobby (but not until extreme hours...I like my sleep), choir, a little bit of homework, you know, all that jazz.  I'm definitely ready for the football game tomorrow!  This'll be one of the few times since 8th grade I've been to a football game without being in the band; that's very exciting.

Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Ok, fine.

OK, fine, I'm updating...

Work is over; that's good.
Bout to go back up to school; that's very good.
My room looks like it exploded; not so good.
I've gotten to go through a lot of stuff that needed going through; that's good.
Brittany threw out her knee again the other day; that's very bad.
She's having surgery Friday; I guess that's kinda both.
I got to see Jenn, Jose, RC, Esther, and all the other RA's today at McAllister's; that was fun.
I did not, however, get to see Ben Craft; and that's very bad. I'm sorry, Ben!
I got to hang out with Cal some and see his pictures from his summer missions; that was good.

That's about it...

OK, I'm updating.

Life is pretty good.  Life is boring.  It's good seeing friends. Yay.  Work has been really slow lately, but I just got 1000 text messages plus 5 MB of internet usage a month, so that's good.  Went to the movies the other night.  That was fun.  People came to my house (other people ditched us).  One fell asleep.  Hadn't seen one in a while, so that was good.  We looked at scrapbooks.  I'm off work Thursday thru Monday b/c we were supposed to take a family vacation and when it got postponed to Christmas I didn't take it off my schedule.  I'm goin to Starkville this weekend to see a Jeremy Camp, Todd Agnew, Shane & Shane concert.  That'll be fun.  Comin back Monday.  That's it.

So I went to Starkville this weekend.  It was so much fun!  We had our big birthday party for Meredith, Kimberly, Josiah, Carroll, and Eric's little sister Sarah on Friday night.  Yeah... lots of people lol.  But it was fun.  It was good to see everybody again.

Then Saturday I woke up and went to Rapids with RC.  His dad's company was having a thing there, so they invited me.  It was great.  Me and Kim definitely mistook some very large kinda middle-aged woman for RC... oops... lol.  It was so funny.  See, she had her intertube thingy up in front of her and it looked like the one he had so we thought he was just trying to be funny and hiding from us.  Thankfully by the time we got within about 10 or 20 feet she moved it and we realized it was definitely NOT RC. But anyway, it had been so long since I've been to Rapids... we had fun.  We got stopped on the way back... that was sad; I felt bad.

Hmm... what else?  Sunday we went to Crosspoint.  I'd been to the service several times, but it was the first time I had been to Sunday school.  It was really good.  That afternoon I just kinda hung around w/ Jennifer and her sister, Samantha, who was visiting from Texas.  Then I took Bryan out to eat for supper.  That was fun.  I really didn't see him a whole lot while I was up there, even though I was staying @ his apartment, so I kinda felt bad.  But we had fun.  After that, Kayla Mason came to visit and we hung out with Lee for a few minutes ( he was being a camp counselor for the week, so he was back in Hull; it was great to see him) and then we went to Jenn's room and we all (me, Kayla, Jennifer, Samantha, and RC) ended up talking till like 3:30, when RC left, and then me and Kayla didn't leave till 5... yeah... but it was so great!  We all had so much fun!

So then this morning me and Kayla woke up @ 9:30 to make sure RC got up for his test and then went back to sleep till noon.  Then the 3 of us went to Stromboli's and then back to Hull.  Kayla left a bit later and the rest of us just hung out for the afternoon.  Me, Jenn, and Samantha left @ about 6:30 (they're spending the night w/ me b/c Sam's plane leaves @ noon tomorrow from Jackson).  Me and Jenn watched Proof a little bit ago.  I dozed off a little bit during the middle, but it is such a great movie!

Hmm... I guess that's it... it was a great weekend... I miss being around friends all the time... not that home is bad, but I really do love being in Starkville.  I like being able to actually see my friends and carry on conversations with them rather than talk on aim all the time like I do at home.  I also like not having to work... that's really nice... oh well, though.  I'll be back up there before I know it.

Yeah, ok, I'm done now.

So I had today off of work... so that was good.

Mrs. Carol and Kim Fron took me and my mom out to lunch @ Zaxby's and then we went to Bop's for dessert and ended up sitting outside till about 4.  It was so much fun!  I love talking to them!

Me and mom met Mrs. Ann, Mrs. Pam, and Vicky @ Dillard's after that... only stayed about 30 mins or so though.

Be in prayer for the Mosley family.  I found out tonight that their 9th grade daughter , Elizabeth, committed suicide.  I really don't know many details at all, but Brittany used to babysit her, her little sister, and another girl and I filled in for her once or twice.   The girls used to come to stuff @ FBC w/ Brittany sometimes.  So anyway, just pray for them.
